are these programs aimed at ?

Programs known as « Strength » are highly recommended
to sports like Rowing, Judo, Downhill Skiing..., in which an increase
in strength improves the performance. These programs are used as
a complement of the building of muscles, or even to replace it.

What
do they consist of?

Strength programs allow muscles to work at their maximum strength,
without any physical or psychological tiredness and without any
articular or sinewy great discomfort.
Conversely to the strength voluntary training, for which very heavy
machinery would be necessary, with Compex-Sport there is
